Velliangiri trek is one of the best treks in the Western Ghats near Coimbatore, through forests to reach a Siva Temple at 1790 meters above sea level. Baralikadu is a small tribal village which is situated near Pillur dam. It is an undisclosed spot which inspires nature lovers. The scenic beauty of the Anamalai hill range of Western Ghats, includes the cascading water to the Thirumoorthy reservoir from the Panchalingam Falls.
